What an Amazing company to work with. I had a big glass window that was broken and needed someone to fix. I called multiple window installer for weeks but no one would come fix it. They would promise but not deliver. In frustration, I finally called Bailes Glass. There someone (Mr. Bailes) himself picked up the phone. He promised me that he will fix it tomorrow and asked for the address. I thought it would be another wild goose chase. But to my surprise, they arrived the next day, fixed the window and went away without even asking for payment. They sent me an invoice by email.

This is perhaps the best company you can trust when it comes to windows and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fantastic company! I was given the go around by another glass company (Moore's Glass) that took over 5 days to cut a simple mirror and that company didn't even get it finished. Called Baile's Glass and talked to Caitlynn who was friendly and professional. After speaking briefly with the owner, she and Ron had my simple mirror cut in 10 minutes and ready to go. Fabulous people, great service, and I would highly recommend their company. The mirror was perfect and Ron helped me load it in my car. I will be using them whenever I need glass or mirror services.

Called them at 8 am. They were here by 9 am. They fixed my window, cleaned up broken glass and were gone in 45 minutes. No problems, no hassle, they just fixed my problem. I will definitely make them my go to glass repair company. 5 stars and I am not easy to please!

I recently had a break in at my home. They busted my glass door on the porch. I called 5 companies & none of them were sympathetic with my dilemma. I had no money to pay for this upfront. When I contacted Bailes Glass & I was crying, the young lady Kaitlyn told me not to worry her guys are going to come right out and replace my glass and I could pay in 2 weeks. She was more concerned for my families safety than her monetary gain. I highly recommend Bailes Glass. I will be using them for all my glass needs. They are the Best!

I needed a mirror replaced that had been broken in a move. A 37" x 62" mirror was only $20, including them securing it in the original heavy mosaic frame. They disposed of the broken mirror pieces for me.
My mirror was ready exactly when they told me it would be, and they even accepted a personal check. Plenty of parking.
It was refreshing to deal with a small local business instead of just another conglomerate franchise.

   Definitely recommend!
